As the highly anticipated Barbie movie hits the silver screens, we couldn't resist creating a drink that embodies the glitz Barbie's world. Even you are not all about Barbie, there is no denying this is a perfect summertime cocktail!
This drink combines the freshness of lime, the creaminess of coconut, the sweetness of strawberries, and just the right kick of rum to make it a party in a glass.
Ingredients
2-3 Strawberries
1 oz lime juice
1.5 oz coconut cream
2 oz rum
Recipe
- First, grab a cocktail shaker, add strawberries and lime juice and muddle.
- Pour in coconut cream and rum.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake.
- Strain into glass and garnish with a lime wheel and strawberries!
