This cocktail is where vibrant strawberries dance with crisp gin and effervescent bubbles. This irresistible Strawberry Gin Fizz cocktail, captures the essence of summer in a single, artfully crafted glass. Cheers!

 

• 2-3 strawberries 
• 1 ounce of lemon juice 
• ½ ounce of agave syrup 
• 2 ounces of gin 
• Top with soda water 
• Lemon wheel for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker combine strawberries, lemon juice, agave, and muddle until strawberries are well smashed. 
2. Add gin and ice into cocktail shaker and shake very well. 
3. Strain into glass, top off with soda water, and garnish with lemon wheel.
